Midsummer nights ballad

My soul beckoned your call
Like the stardust that falls
In midsummer’s nights
Breathing my breathe into yours

When you sit close that’s all
I need to remember; I’ll crawl
To rejoin the Cosmic
For love to befall

God played me a game
He tucked you away
And I searched through
Narrow staircases
Nearly In vain

And yet you wear your disguise
Although I often too hide
I found the beloved song that you sing
By my side

So often we wander
Or sit by alone

Love can come pouring through
Districts Unknown

And when you feel startled
Or barely awake

Kisses you upon eye lashes
Sealing your fate.
