If my beloved did not exist

If my beloved did not exist
Who would the flowers be pollinated
And bloom for?

Would the wind care
To breeze by
And carry secret
Messages of loves'
Fragrance
Upon its arm?

Would the Sun shine
Half as bright
Even send a glimmer
A ray
One hope of light?

If my beloved
Did not appear

Would the Earth
Have a purpose
To its tilt
It's turn

Would the moon
Try and stay afloat
Would all other lovers yearn?

For in loves majesty
Do not all feel the harm?

When one is without their beloved
Do not all seek to mend the bond?
