What does it mean to be content?
Contentment is the two hands
Open to the sky, two sides
Equaling one. Two hips joined
Together, kids skipping
Dancing in the Sun. Contentment
Is the house on a hill, hidden behind
A bushel of trees, with red roof
Over head, and God’s breath
On the seas. Contentment is
Seeing the World with wide open arms
A rainbow overhead, welcoming our alms,
Contentment can mean joy, such as love
And family, and life. Contentment can be felt
With a kiss to our wife, or our husband, or
Man, or woman of our dreams, contentment
Is happiness, slowing flowing towards us in streams.
